深圳新闻网2025年1月16日讯(记者 杨佳慧)1月15日,深圳南山蛇口的Benji Bistro餐厅举办了一场关于宠物狗的米其林式的创意晚宴。16位爱宠人士携自家宠物赴约,前来享受狗狗的“米其林盛宴”。

On January 15,Benji Bistro,located in the G&G Creative Community in Shekou,Nanshan,Shenzhen,hosted a Michelin-inspired creative dinner for pet dogs.Fifteen pet lovers brought their furry companions to enjoy the "Michelin feast" specially prepared for dogs.

本次活动共准备了5个菜肴,由来自毛里求斯米其林创意特色菜主厨Jacques Wesley Alene 为宠物们精心定制。包含了毛里求斯海风虎虾、澳洲和牛和北海道元贝等一系列特色菜。让大家大饱眼福的同时,也让宠物们吃上了“漂亮饭”。

The event featured five dishes,all thoughtfully crafted by a chef from Mauritius for the pets.The menu included local specialties such as Mauritian sea breeze prawns,Australian Wagyu beef,and Hokkaido scallops. While the owners were treated to a visual feast,their pets also enjoyed a "exquisite dinner”.

本吉创意餐厅的主厨高佳介绍道,最初接触宠物饮食行业是因为和女友养了8年的拉布拉多吃农药而死,于是想自己亲自做宠物能吃的鲜食,而这次刚好有契机,因此来餐厅成为主厨。

Chef Gao Jia of Benji Creative Bistro shared that his initial involvement in the pet food industry stemmed from the tragic loss of his Labrador,who had been with him and his girlfriend for eight years.The dog died from poisoning,which inspired him to create fresh,safe food for pets.This opportunity coincidentally allowed him to become the head chef at the bistro.

The pet economy has become a hot topic in recent years.Latest data shows that in 2024,the number of cats and dogs in Shenzhen has surpassed 500000.There are more than 88000 pet-related businesses in the city, with over 500 pet hospitals across Shenzhen.From the opening of the country’s first pet airport lounge to more than 50 “pet-friendly” malls in the city,Shenzhen has been actively developing its pet industry.

“未来我们希望不仅是开分店,而是实现‘狗狗巴士’出游活动,宠物鲜食定制,狗狗SPA一系列的宠物服务项目,以及和教育相关的服务。”本吉创意餐厅的主理人Jack Lee接受采访表示。

Jack Lee, the owner of Benji Creative Bistro,expressed in an interview,“In the future, we hope to not only open more branches but also to introduce services such as a dog bus and dog spas,along with pet-related educational services.

活动期间,嘉宾们不仅互相交流养宠经验,在场的每一位主人都得到了一份与宠物的合照,相框包裹着的不仅是相片,而是主人对宠物满满的爱。

During the event,guests not only exchanged pet-raising experiences but also received framed photos with their pets.The frame contained not just the photo,but also the love each pet owner holds for their companion.
