在谈及河套深港科技创新合作区（HTCZ）发展时，柳智贤表示：“河套地处一座极具活力的城市，这里有众多产业平台与活动，能链接这些平台和活动资源，我认为这已是一个很好的开端。”

When talking about the development of Hetao Shenzhen－Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone（HTCZ）， Daniel Yoo said， ＂You are located in one of the most vibrant cities． There are many platforms and events， and being connected to these platforms and events， I think that is already a good start．＂
