深圳“最美外籍志愿者”

“我是外国人，但不是外人”。近日，外交部发言人汪文斌在其海外帐号上转发并点赞深圳外籍志愿者。近年来，在深圳的大街小巷，越来越多外籍居民加入志愿者队伍，参与社区治理。2021年至今，在深国际志愿者参与志愿服务达2905人次。特别是疫情期间，外籍志愿者积极协助开展疫苗接种、核酸检测等工作，成为疫情防控的重要力量。
为大力弘扬“奉献、友爱、互助、进步”的志愿精神，鼓励外籍人士参与志愿服务活动，挖掘外籍志愿者参与我市经济社会发展各类活动、尤其是疫情防控等的典型案例，深圳团市委、市政府外办在全市开展推选“最美外籍志愿者”活动。通过选树、宣传一批外籍志愿者先进典型，进一步打造乐于助人、无私奉献的浓厚氛围，形成国际化志愿服务人才队伍。
本次推选范围为全市各区（新区），对象为年满18周岁，在志愿服务特别是疫情防控工作中做出突出贡献、具有时代风采，积极参加各形式志愿服务活动，志愿服务成效显著，服务对象评价良好，社会认可度高，并有一定影响力的正式注册的外籍志愿者。由各区（新区）志愿者联合会、外事部门共同推报，也可自行填报申报表并发送至sztswzyzb@126.com（3月30日前），团市委、市政府外办按程序评定最终名单后，并向社会公布。
Shenzhen’s “Most Beautiful Foreign Volunteers” selection activity is launched!
“I am a foreigner, but not an outsider”. Recently, Foreign Ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin reposted and liked Shenzhen foreign volunteers on his overseas account. In recent years, in Shenzhen’s streets and alleys, more and more foreign residents have joined the volunteer team and participated in community governance. Since 2021, foreign volunteers in Shenzhen have participated in voluntary services for 3,061 person-times. During the epidemic, in particular, foreign volunteers have actively assisted in vaccination, nucleic acid testing and other work, becoming an important force in the city’s epidemic prevention and control.
In order to vigorously promote the volunteer spirit of “dedication, friendship, mutual assistance, and progress”, encourage foreigners to participate in volunteer service activities, and explore typical cases of foreign volunteers participating in various activities of the city’s economic and social development, especially epidemic prevention and control, the Communist Youth League Shenzhen Municipal Party Committee and Shenzhen Municipal Foreign Affairs Office decide to carry out the selection campaign themed “the most beautiful foreign volunteers” throughout the city. By selecting and promoting excellent models of foreign volunteers, the campaign will further create a strong atmosphere of helpfulness and selfless dedication and form an international volunteer service talent team.
The scope of the selection campaign is all districts (new districts) in the city. The target is foreign volunteers who have made outstanding contributions to volunteer service, especially the epidemic prevention and control work, who have displayed the style of the times, actively participated in various forms of volunteer service activities and gained high social recognition and certain influence. Expats who are interested in the activity can fill in the application form and send it to sztswzyzb@126.com(By March 30). Volunteer federations and foreign affairs departments of all districts (new districts) will jointly report the updates, and the Communist Youth League Shenzhen Municipal Party Committee and Shenzhen Municipal Foreign Affairs Office will evaluate the final list and announce it to the public.
