新冠肺炎疫情爆发以来，为了让在深外籍人士及时、准确地接收到官方防疫信息，深圳市外办已建立跨部门协作、市区联动的英文信息发布工作机制，及时传递有效、透明的双语疫情信息，服务在深外国人做好疫情防控工作。

同时还开设涉外疫情防控服务热线0755-88121224，为在深外籍人士答疑解惑。目前，热线电话仍持续有效，在深外籍人士对当前疫情防控工作如有疑惑、意见和建议，可拨打上述电话进行咨询。

Since the outbreak of COVID-19, Shenzhen Foreign Affairs Office has established a bilingual information release mechanism and adopted a series of measures to help expatriates in Shenzhen stay informed in the battle against COVID-19 based on effective collaboration between government departments at different levels.

To provide better bilingual service, Shenzhen Foreign Affairs Office set up a special hotline 0755-88121224 for foreign nationals for inquiries. At present, the hotline remains in effect. Should foreign nationals in Shenzhen have any questions and suggestions on Shenzhen’s current epidemic prevention and control effort, please call the hotline 0755-88121224 for further assistance.
