中国区观气道推广大使，罗马尼亚籍志愿者Duiu Onofrei 带领招商街道NSIC 观气道俱乐部每周都会进行至少4-5次的高强度集训，风雨无阻。在第7届观气道世界锦标赛上，招商街道NSIC观气道国际俱乐部代表中国出战，中国姑娘们用5枚奖牌为首次参加此项国际赛事画上圆满的句号，第一次让中华人民共和国国歌在观气道的国际赛场上奏响。

Duiu Onofrei, a Romanian volunteer and coach of Qwan Ki Do, leads the NSIC Club to conduct intensive training every week. In the 7th World Championship, the NSIC Club won five medals, and it was also the first time China won the competition.

当得知我们在招募疫苗点的志愿者，加拿大籍志愿者 Susan 立马报名了，但是，在疫苗点现场，我们发现她走路一瘸一拐的，右脚被里三层外三层的包裹着，像粽子一样。我们就问她为什么脚都伤成这样了，还要过来。她回答说：“我觉得我在这里享受到了很多服务，我也想做点什么来回馈社区。”

When we were recruiting volunteers for the vaccination site, Susan, a Canadian volunteer, immediately signed up. Her right foot was injured at that time, but she said, "I feel like I'm getting a lot of service here, and I want to do something to give back to the community."

来自葡萄牙的志愿者Majo，在中心开展了为期两周《动物也思考》的画展，她不仅在中心现场完成了一幅名为《赛马》的画，而且她每天都尽量抽时间来中心，与观众互动。最后，她还在中心进行了一次大胆的尝试，和来看过画展的观众共同创作了一幅作品《更好的未来》。

Majo, a volunteer from Portugal, held the exhibition Connections Between Animals And Human at the center and completed a painting named Racing on the spot. She made a bold attempt of co-creating a work named A Better Future with the people who came to see the exhibition.

“除了帮助他人，我提供志愿服务也是为了满足我成为社区一份子的愿望，我希望我成为一个在社群中受欢迎、有用处、被倾听且被理解的人。”

“For me, being a volunteer at NSIC is about giving myself and my time, not only to serve others but to fill my needs of being part of a community where I feel welcome, useful, heard, and understood. “

住在中心附近的王中权，近两个月的工作日下午几乎都泡在了中心的读书会友馆，进行图书整理工作。在他和其他十几位国际志愿者的帮助下，这里近千本中外籍图书全数归档，读书会友馆正式投入使用。

“我觉得图书整理一个人从头做到尾比较好，格式各方面也统一，做多我也熟悉了。反正我就住附近，我可以帮你们把这个图书都归好类。你也不用说什么谢谢，就是举手之劳而已。”

Wang Zhongquan, who lives near the center, spent his time in the mini library for the past two months, sorting out books. With his help and that of other international volunteers, nearly a thousand Chinese and foreign books were archived. "I think it is meaningful to sort books. I am familiar with it, so I can help with this. "

来自英国的 Noel 在“广寒宫御膳房”摊位上尝过了麻辣牛肉、小龙虾、梅菜扣肉等创意口味的月饼后对螺蛳粉味的月饼一直赞不绝口。

At the Mid-Autumn Festival Fair and Chinese traditional folk art exhibition, Noel, from Britain, tasted moon cakes with spicy beef, crayfish, and other flavors. He was full of praise for the one with snail noodles.

为庆祝深圳第5个人才日，11月1日早上，近300人来自30个国家的参与了招商街道国际人才追梦跑。

To celebrate Shenzhen's 5th Talent Day, nearly 300 people from 30 countries participated in the Dream Chasers Run on the morning of November 1st.

在2021南山国际化街区越野障碍赛中，招商街道战队独揽6个单人奖项中的一金二银，并获得最佳团队奖。

在这个活动中我们训练参加者自主提出问题，并鼓励先行思索解决方式。授人以鱼，同时授人以渔。

We teach participants to ask questions and encourage them to think of solutions first. We teach them how to fish besides just giving them the fish.
