Bureau of Public Works of Shenzhen Municipality is the administrative department of Shenzhen government, which is responsible for the construction and management of the government investment projects except water and transportation projects. Engineering Design Management Center (EDMC) is responsible for the whole process management of the design for government investment projects. 岗位职责

1. 负责建立设计品质管控体系，负责统筹总工办进行全过程设计品质管控；

2. 负责政府工程技术标准制定，项目需求与定位研究；

3. 负责规划与建筑专业的技术决策；

4. 负责设计招标模式创新；

5. 负责对外联系行业协会等相关部门，整合优质设计资源等。

Job Summary and duties:

1. Responsible for Establishing the design quality control system and take charge of the whole process design quality control with General Office.

2. Responsible for the establishment of engineering and technical standards, project requirement and positioning research for government investment projects.

3. Responsible for planning and architectural professional technical decision-making.

4. Responsible for the design of the tender mode innovation.

5. Responsible for external communication with related sectors such as industry associations for integration of high-quality design resources，etc.

技能要求

1. 具备行业领先的眼界与理念，优秀的公共建筑设计品质把控能力，扎实的理论基础与美学功底，优秀的团队管理能力、沟通表达能力，资源整合能力；

2. 熟悉项目建设开发及建筑设计全过程的管理理念、流程与方法，熟悉行政办公软件及信息系统；

3. 具有良好的职业道德和素养，有创新精神、奉献精神与敬业精神。

Specific Skills Required:

1. With industry-leading horizons and concepts, excellent public building design quality control ability, a solid theoretical basis and aesthetic skills, excellent team management skills, communication skills, resource integration capabilities.

2. Familiar with the management concept, process and method of the entire process of project construction and development and architectural design, familiar with administrative office software and information system.

3. With good professional ethics and literacy, innovative and dedication spirit and professionalism.

任职条件

1. 建筑学等相关专业，本科及以上学历；

2. 55岁以下，20年以上建筑设计管理或建筑设计相关岗位经验，有房地产公司、工程项目管理公司、设计院相关岗位工作经验者优先；

3. 近5年负责设计或管理的建设工程项目不少于5个，每个项目总建筑面积不小于10万平方米。

4. 特别优秀的人选，可以适当放宽任职条件。

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above in Architecture or related major.

2. Under 55 years old, 20 years’ experience in architectural design management or architectural design, experience in related positions in real estate companies, project management companies and design institutes is preferred.

3. Take charge of the design or management for at least 5 construction projects (each project total construction area of not less than 100,000 square meters) within recent 5 years.

4. For excellent applicants who do not fully meet the requirements, terms could be soften.
