Located at the foot of the scenic Wutong Mountain, the botanic garden was built in 1982 and opened to public in 1988. A home to over 3,000 plants, it occupies an area of 5.9 square kilometers, divided into ten scenic areas consisting Lake Area, Temple Area, and Desert Area. There are more than 3,000 different sub-tropical plants growing in 15 specialized botanic gardens.
The garden commands an advantageous geographic position, with beautiful mountain and water landscape, deep valley and tranquil woods, in which scatter the golden roofs of Chinese style garden.
In addition to the interesting bush-puzzle, you can appreciate wide variety of flowers and climb, if you like, all the way up to the top of Wutong Mountain through a zigzaging path.
