Shenzhen Sports Center
Shenzhen Sports Center is situated at Futian District with an area of 278 thousand square meters. It is at the foot of Mountain Bijia on the north of Sungang Road, west of Shangbu Road, east of overpass of north of Huaqiang.
Built in 1985, Shenzhen Gymnasium covers an area of 21,200 square meters with an audience stand of 6,000 seats and 500 moveable seats.
Completed in 1991, Shenzhen Stadium covers an area of 24,892 square meters with a building area of 411,690 square meters, with an audience capacity of 32246 seats.
Established in May, 2002, Shenzhen Swimming & Diving Gymnasium covers an area of 4,167 square meters with a building area of 54300 square meters, and audience capacity of 4000 seats.
Luohu Sports Gymnasium
Situated at the foot of Mountain Wutong at north of Luosha Road of Luohu District, Luohu Sports Gymnasium was completed in October, 2002, covering an area of 12,502 square meters with a building area of 24,231 square meters, with an audience capacity of 3,000 seats.
Bao’an Sports Gymnasium
Built in September, 2002, Bao’an Sports Gymnasium is located at the new central area of Bao’an District, with a building area of 47,400 square meters, and an audience capacity of 8,818 seats.
Longgang International Cycling Stadium
Longgang International Cycling Stadium is located at Longkou Sports Park of Longgang District. It is at the Longgang exit of Jihe High Way, 15 kilometer far away from the city area. Longgang International Cycling Stadium is the first international standard stadium of wooden track for triathlon of cycling, on the field track, highway and in the mountain. It is also the first stadium designed in accordance with the new standards formulated by the International Bicycle Association in 2001.
Golf Courses
Shenzhen now boasts 12 golf clubs, with Mission Hill Golf Club the largest and strongest, which won 4A, highest grade for resorts in China. The Noble Merchant Golf Club and Sand River Golf Club are located along the both sides of Shennan Thoroughfare and to the west of the new city center.
