Preface 丨前言

中国版画博物馆坚持学术引领和国际化的运营理念，注重版画典藏研究和展览的艺术性、学术性和国际性。因此中国版画博物馆从当代全球版画的宏观收藏和系统研究入手，致力于当代国际版画发展脉络的学术梳理，将不同国家、不同流派版画艺术作为学术研究的主要方向之一，从世界艺术史的角度挑选具有代表性的经典版画作品进行收藏并举办展览。自建馆以来，中国版画博物馆所收藏的外国版画作品都有着各自不同的鲜明的个性语言，这些作品在博物馆汇聚，体现出不同文明背景下艺术观念和技艺的交汇、碰撞和融合。中国版画博物馆的典藏研究和学术展览一直以来得到了中外艺术家的大力支持，由版画家、收藏家董小庄先生所捐赠的144件外国藏书票名家十二星座系列作品，丰富了我馆的系列版画典藏，这些藏书票的创作灵感由古希腊十二星座的符号象征而来，纯粹而卓越的版画技艺及其所展现的星座图腾，蕴含着西方的人文精神和文化传承。

China Printmaking Museum adheres to academic guidance and international operation idea, and focus on the artistic, academic and international aspects of the print collection research and exhibition. China Printmaking Museum pays attention to the collection and systematic research of contemporary global prints, which devotes to the development context of contemporary global prints and takes the print art of different countries and genres as one of the main directions of academic research, and then selects representative classic printmaking works from the perspective of world art history for collection and exhibition. Since the establishment of the museum, China Printmaking Museum collects foreign printmaking works that have distinct characteristic. These works reflects the intersection, collision and fusion of artistic concepts and techniques under the background of different civilizations when they gather in China Printmaking Museum. The collection research and academic exhibitions of the China Printmaking Museum have always received great support from Chinese and foreign artists. Dong Xiaozhuang, a Chinese printmaking artist and collector, donated 144 pieces of the twelve constellations works series, which enriched the printmaking collection in our museum. The bookplates were created by 12 famous printmaking artists with their spiritual wisdom as the twelve constellations. The pure and outstanding printmaking skills of famous printmaking artists and the constellation totems reflect the Western humanistic spirit and cultural.

藏书票被誉为“版画珍珠”、“纸上宝石”，作为一种精致的艺术品，有着实用和欣赏价值。古代占星学家认为世界是由火、土、风、水四大元素构成的，十二星座按其元素可以分为四象星座。以这个理论为线索，本次展览分为四个版块：炽烈的燃烧（火象星座：白羊座、狮子座、射手座）、不变的轮回（土象星座：摩羯座、金牛座、处女座）、无心的漂泊（风象星座：天秤座、水瓶座、双子座）、流动的漩涡（水象星座：巨蟹座、天蝎座、双鱼座）。版画家们对星座的艺术刻画具有一种超然的精神力量，是在人性中“至真、至善、至美”的集中体现。人类借由真善美这三座天梯，不断向人文精神的终点靠近，而天梯上的引路者就是那群站在科学、人文、艺术前线的、有着极强信念感和使命感的、无私奉献着自己精神财富和能量的人们，他们构成了人类历史的璀璨星空。

Known as “printmaking pearls”and “gem on paper”, the bookplate has great practical and appreciation value as a fine work of art. Ancient astrologers believed that the world is composed of four elements: fire, earth, wind, and water. The twelve constellations can be divided into four signs. According to this theory, this exhibition will be divided into four parts: Fiery Combustion (Aries, Leo, Sagittarius) , Immutable Samsara (Earth Signs: Capricorn, Taurus, Virgo) , unintentional wandering (wind signs: Libra, Aquarius, Gemini) , and flowing whirlpools (water signs: cancer, Scorpio, Pisces) . Printmaking artists have a strong squirt power to twelve constellation printing arts, which is the embodiment of truth, kindness and beauty in human nature. These three nature just like the ladders, people are constantly approaching the terminal of humanistic spirit through the ladders. The guides on the ladder are those who have a strong sense of faith, selflessly dedicate their spiritual wealth in the field of science, humanities and art. They are the stars of human history.

中国版画博物馆以“璀璨星空”为主题举办展览，感谢董小庄先生无私奉献和慷慨捐赠，感谢艺术家们的才华和贡献，希望展览让深圳市民和版画爱好者欣赏十二星座藏书票，感受西方人文精神和艺术之美的同时，加强中西方文化艺术的比照和深入交流。

China Printmaking Museum is holding an exhibition with the theme of “Resplendent Starry Sky”. We sincerely thank Mr. Dong Xiaozhuang for his selfless dedication and generous donation. These printing makers are also fond of Chinese culture, and hope that the exhibition will enable people to appreciate the 12-constellation bookplate collection, feel the beauty of western humanism and art. At the same time, this exhibition will strengthen the comparison and in-depth exchanges between Chinese and Western art culture.

生于1953年。国际著名艺术家，成都市对外国际文化艺术交流重要推动者，成都美术家协会副主席，成都市锦江区政府艺术顾问团顾问，四川省巴蜀画派促进学术顾问，中国美术家协会会员，中国版画家协会会员，中国版画藏书票协会常务理事，四川美术家协会理事，四川美术家协会版画艺术委员会副主任，成都美术家协会版画艺术委员会主任，成都版画艺术院院长，四川大学艺术学院兼职教授，国家二级美术师，《头等舱》艺术顾问等，第六届成都双年展学术委员会委员。

1989年在中国美术馆举办个人展览，作品《圣火》被中国美术馆收藏以来，有上千件作品被国内外多家美术馆、博物馆及中外艺术机构或私人收藏，包括神州版画博物馆、广州美术馆、青岛美术馆、澳洲维多利亚博物馆、国际奥委会开发委员会主席海博格、美国奥巴马政府总统艺术委员会主席科尔博士等。上百幅作品参加中国文化部、中国美协、中国版协、四川美协等作品展览，版画作品参加中国百年版画作品提名展。获中国鲁迅版画终身成就奖，获文化部第八届群星奖、优秀作品奖，获第33届国际版画藏书票大会特别奖。国务院新闻发展中心为其拍摄专题片，在欧美介绍其艺术成就。中国教育电视台为其拍摄专题片。国务院新闻中心、中国中央电视台、中国教育电视台、法国电视台、法国画报、人民日报等国内外近200家媒体曾评介其作品和专题介绍。作为访问学者及参展人访问过30多个国家，收藏有60多个国家数百名知名艺术家作品。
